"Slow but Sure" I scheduled an oil change. Everyone was very nice. I got there 30 minutes early. I was there for an hour and a half. One hour seems a long time for an oil change.

"Service Department" This is the second time we have been to Cleveland Ford. The first was with our 2002 Explorer Sport Trac which had a broken break line. They replaced the break line, ensured that the other lines were in good condition and returned the Sport Trac quickly. The second time was with our 2019 Escape. They did an 7,000 service and applied a recall notice. Both jobs were accomplished quickly.
"Smooth and no-hassle" I recently purchased my used Mazda CX-5 from this dealer. I found them to be very professional, honest, considerate and no-pressure. I had researched my vehicle online and made an appointment to check it out. Jordan filmed a video of the vehicle for me and when I got to the dealership, she was prompt and helpful. I'm completely satisfied with everything and would highly recommend them.
