"Cleveland Ford, and especially Ryan Martin, are EXCELLENT" Ryan Martin is by far the best service person I have ever dealt with at an automobile dealership in my entire life. He, and Cleveland Ford, have been exceptional in every aspect of maintaining my 2001 Ford F-150 truck.
"Fast and friendly service as usual" When I noticed my truck's battery having an issue, I immediately called my service adviser, Ryan. He quickly looked over my service history for this vehicle to inform me that I had not replaced the battery on this truck. "Friendly Service Department" Great service from Ryan Martin in the past and with Brian this time. My daughter is a college student and they made her feel comfortable throughout the process. Car was returned to us in a reasonable amount of time.
"Service Visit" I went in for regularly scheduled service - oil change, air filters, and I thought, at 30,000 miles, substantial fluid replacement. However, the technician told me that the fluid replacement was not due until I reached 60,000 miles. His recommendation not to do the unnecessary service saved me a lot of money.
