They were able to find an Explorer with the options I was used to having on my trade-in & they had it ready for pick-up sooner than I expected. I look forward to continuing to visit the dealership for my maintenance & any issues I may have that need warranty work. I recommend that you ask them not to wash your new car. I hope they are thinking about replacing their car wash machine.
