I bought a furnace from them. It took three or four calls and visits to complete the installation. Annual maintenance is done on a prepaid basis. I haven't felt valued as a customer so I'm changing to another company who as it turns out will do semiannual visits for the price on CC annual visit
My furnace was on the fritz and I had a mailer they sent me. The guy came to look at the furnace and told me it was a $280 fix to replace the igniter which I did as I have no idea what a bad igniter looks like. 4 days later my furnace was doing the same thing. This time he came and told me I would have to replace either my furnace or the mother board at a minimum of $579 plus the service call at which they are high priced.
