16 year relationship is now over! I have had nothing but problems the last three times we have used them. Problems like way overcharging for a ten minute fix to selling us a faulty air filtration system that failed way before it was suppose to. Our heating system is on its last leg and they would have been the company to replace it. Our a/c system that they installed for us went down last night. when my wife called this morning she got nothing but attitude from the lady who answered the phone. I bought a furnace from them. It took three or four calls and visits to complete the installation. Annual maintenance is done on a prepaid basis. I haven't felt valued as a customer so I'm changing to another company who as it turns out will do semiannual visits for the price on CC annual visit

My furnace was on the fritz and I had a mailer they sent me. The guy came to look at the furnace and told me it was a $280 fix to replace the igniter which I did as I have no idea what a bad igniter looks like. 4 days later my furnace was doing the same thing. This time he came and told me I would have to replace either my furnace or the mother board at a minimum of $579 plus the service call at which they are high priced.
