They helped me with a warranty claim for part of it because the system was fairly new and every other company I called wanted significantly more for the repair. Climate Control installed a Carrier Infinity heat pump for us this past spring and I was impressed with their work. We had gone to them because they had one in stock and our prior firm gave us a 5 month leadtime. Unfortunately we had some work done on our gas furnace by Service Now (our prior HVAC contractor who installed it) and they botched the job to the extent we needed to replace it, so we opted to have Climate Control install a new furnace. Working with Climate Control was a pleasure from the initial sales contract and throughout the installation. . For our air conditioning needs, Climate Control installed a Carrier heat pump and an air handler -- Just in time for the heat wave! We have used Climate Control for many years. We purchased both a furnace and AC unit from them and have them service the units every 6 months, once for the furnace, once for the AC unit. I have been really pleased with the service, Gabriel in particular. He was very professional and thorough. I had the most amazing experience with Brett, Dennis and John from climate Control. I had a home Comfort system that had been giving me trouble for years. Finally it fully died in the middle of our lovely heat wave this summer. I was beside myself. they came within a day, gave me the bad news of telling me I needed a new system and scheduled to install a new unit within weeks.
