Our current property is the 3rd home we have had serviced by Climate Control since approximately 2000. In house #1 they helped us locate and mitigate a terrible air quality issue created by a previous DIY remodel, after several other HVAC companies had tried and failed, costing us a bundle along the way. In home #2 they added a/c and maintained the units annually. When the furnace died in house #2, they had it replaced in about 2 days - during a cold spell. Have used Climate Control professionally and personally for years and have always found them to be competitively priced, fair, efficient and great to work with! Over the years they've replaced my furnace, upsized my AC unit and performed seasonal preventive maintenance. Will be using them for the remainder of my life span!

Our furnace died on Sunday, I called them on Monday, they came out on Tuesday and gave us a bid, and the new furnace was in place on Wednesday. Very responsive.

My husband and myself are in our 80's and moved into our rental that needed a new furnace. We got several bids and felt the most comfortable with this company. It was not the least expensive, but we felt the most comfortable with them. We had both a heat pump and furnace installed. The young man that came out was so courteous and respectful. Stellar people. I've used them at my business for 8 years and always showed up and were straight forward about my lousy system. In Sept 2012, I bought new furnace and A/C (heat pump). Their prices was thousands less than another reputable company plus, they erred on the proposal and still stood by the price. JASON was very knowledgeable and stood by the deal 100%. Always been 5 stars in my book.

Climate Control is a crutial part of our maintenance team. Mark Powell can always be counted on to assist should an issue arise. Brad Young is and excellent project manager who provides excellent communication and competitive pricing. Scott, the tech assigned to our account, is knowledge and takes a proactive approach while maintaining our commerical units. The office and service dispatch staff are excellent as well. Beware! I was a long-time client of Climate Control for HVAC service and trusted them to help when the temperature in my office suddenly became drastically unbalanced, one side sweltering, the other freezing. Over the course of two years, I paid for three separate diagnostic visits, each one essentially repeating the same ineffective steps (adjusting dampers) without investigating the root cause. I requested a hot water heater repair and was told they would make it out on Wednesday. They called late in the day and said they couldn't make it but would be at the house Thursday early. I've called four times today, Thursday, waiting for 3 1/2 hours and now they tell me they can't come until tomorrow. Action Mechanical will be here today.
