Lonel & Eli were awesome! On a hot day without air conditioning, they quickly were able to diagnose & install a new part and get us up & running. Climate Control has the most enthusiastic “will-do” staff that is able to tackle any project our 110 year old house has. We are thankful that our neighbor recommended Climate Control six years ago.
Jonathan did the preventative maintenance on my A/C and got it done quickly. He was professional and explained everything to me.

Pete was great! He was very friendly, explained what he was here for then proceeded to do the job he was here to do. When he was done, he again explained what he did, what he saw, and what may be a concern. Then asked if I had any questions. 👍👍

Great experience. My original appointment was cancelled which in today’s world was ok. On the day of my second appointment I got another cancellation text. I called and the representative I spoke to looked into the issue and OWNED the error as a company oversight. They told me that if the company had to cancel a service the client is given priority for follow up maintenance service. They made it work and sent Charlie out as previously schedule with no problems. The customer service is what impressed me more than anything. So... read more
