If I could give them a 0, I would. Rude, can't see your pet same day if they're sick. Didn't want to fill meds from other source they can't make money on. Kept our dog a whole day before they saw him. Won't let you in for visits. Dogs are very skiddish when they go there. Their 4+ star rating on their site is wrong. Lots of complaints but nearly 5 stars. They said we are high volume. Don't go there!

We've been going to Clocktower for about 3 years. We had no issues the first two but significant issues the past 10 months. I want to be clear: The care from the Veterinarians is wonderful and I would highly rate that part of the experience; however, the negative experience we've had with their business practices has more than overshadowed the great work their Vets do and is the reason we will be looking for another veterinarian practice. First off, Clocktower is among the most expensive Vet's we've used and purchasing thei... read more

We ended up switching to a different vet after the last review I left. We called Clocktower today to let them know that we were no longer having our other dog see them. The response from whoever answered the phone was to immediately respond with an annoyed sounding "okaayyy???????" rather than asking for either: 1. my name/my dog's name and/or 2. confirming our dog's account is inactive And/or 3. Why we were firing them Fortunately, this interaction has made us confident that we made the right choice to find a differ... read more

I don't normally give bad reviews (i usually say nothing) but they have lost a long time customer (at least 7 years). The past 8 or so times i have gone there, we don't get to see the Vet until 10-30 minutes AFTER our appointment time. I even schedule appt times for 10am on Sunday, their opening time, to limit the wait or delays. Today was the last time. I had an appt for 10am today. I called promptly at 10am from the curbside area for dogs to be picked up - was told someone would be right out. I called at 10:10am to find o... read more

This practice is homophobic. My son was labeled difficult because he asked 3 times (3 different people) to NOT be called ma'am when being spoken to. This was noted in his dogs record. He politely tried to educate the practice that it is wrong to assume someone's sex from voice only. He was trying to bring the antiquated and uneducated staff into 2020. I left after ~2 years because the day my dog was diagnosed with cancer, they handed me off with oncology fliers. At the same time they dropped my son and his puppy as clien... read more

Yikes, I drove by and saw a vet tech (in PPE) dragging a bigger dog by it's neck, then pulling it on the leash as it resisted across the pavement. It was so disturbing I called them to complain. I waited on hold for 10 minutes and they never picked up. I am so disturbed, would never trust this place with my animals.

The Vets are good, but the prices are really high. An if you get that "Comprehensive" Paw plan, it's not comprehensive at all.

Terrible experience with our pooch who had been bitten by another dog. Dr insisted on waiting to stitch, putting through anesthesia, and charging 1,000 dollars for treatment. It is all about the $ with them?

Reading some of these reviews can give you nightmares. Feel sorry for the lady that lost her poor cat. Some over there seem burned out and tired. We experienced some nice people and had to deal with some really bad attitudes as well. Makes you wonder whether they have any degrees or training at all???? I heard that the prior ownership was better. People talk alot you know... Always BEST to shop around to ensure the ultimate care for your pet. Treatment isnt cheap so it might as well be what you really want. Just sayin'
