I would give ZERO if i could. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CATS HERE!!!!! I was recommended this place by someone i got my cats from. LORD LORD LORDDD these people are horrible. almost $900 EVERY FREAKING VISIT ?????? My kitty girl broke her leg, I take her to this vet after i take her to ER for an "after ER" check up. These people are horrible. They had me coming back every week for over a month and a half because her leg "wasn't healed" Big fcking lie! I was told by the ER it takes less than a month for kittens to heal bc they're grow... read more

Faiza, we are saddened to hear that you did not have a good experience with us. Please note that we take your feedback very seriously and have shared your comments internally. Our number one goal is to ensure that all our pets receive the appropriate care that they need, however, treatment options and visitations are a decision that we ultimately leave to the owners. We believe that we have been transparent with the treatment options for your pet as well as been clear of the necessary treatment procedures for your pet's prop... read more

The staff is nice and I would rate my experience with the doctor as neutral (doctors aren't the best, doctors aren't the worse either). What ruins the experience are the prices and billing practices. No way to sugar coat this - Prices are expensive to the extreme and the selling is non-stop. Even during a routine office visit, expect to be sold on some ointment, cleaner, meds, or testing. Everything is expensive from top to bottom. Buy what you can from Chewy, PetSmart, Amazon because Clocktower's prices are typically do... read more

After not seeing our dog who has been a patient at this vet for 7 years, they now are taking multiple days to send their records to our new vet office, have been rude on the phone and have not responded to our emails. While we were patients at this clinic, our dog was overdosed by one of the doctors and we were kind enough to understand it was an honest mistake, even though we ended up at the emergency hospital. We did this because we had a relationship with this clinic, we thought. The last few months have proven to be nega... read more

we have had a 7 year relationship. I have had 3 dogs in their care. I had a dog that had many health problems and they cared for him and it was wonderful. In the last year, they have lost touch with what matters. Even when the doctor overdosed my dog ( gave two times the does he should have) and he had to be taken to the emergency hospital, we understood. My dog was having a medical emergency and even though they were still open, they refused to at least assess him until we could get into an emergency vet( all at capacity). ... read more

We've been taking our cat here for many years. No more. They are rude and have odd Covid protocols insisting I sit in my car with my scared cat in the heat, because they can't have people in the waiting room. Give me a break. They don't care about the animals and are very expensive. Also, the upselling is annoying.

Complete disappointment, just plain greed and snotty about it... Have been coming here for 3 years. Will not see my little gal w/o appointment, which is 3 days out... Although she had the runs bad, enough for dehydration concern. Was told that "well okay, if you feel that this is an emergency, I can give number to an emergency facility." Not very responsive, just passing the buck along. Management keep just enough vets to fill appointments 3 to 7 days out, a business model of purposefully understaffing to reap higher... read more

If I could give them a 0, I would. Rude, can't see your pet same day if they're sick. Didn't want to fill meds from other source they can't make money on. Kept our dog a whole day before they saw him. Won't let you in for visits. Dogs are very skiddish when they go there. Their 4+ star rating on their site is wrong. Lots of complaints but nearly 5 stars. They said we are high volume. Don't go there!

We've been going to Clocktower for about 3 years. We had no issues the first two but significant issues the past 10 months. I want to be clear: The care from the Veterinarians is wonderful and I would highly rate that part of the experience; however, the negative experience we've had with their business practices has more than overshadowed the great work their Vets do and is the reason we will be looking for another veterinarian practice. First off, Clocktower is among the most expensive Vet's we've used and purchasing thei... read more

We ended up switching to a different vet after the last review I left. We called Clocktower today to let them know that we were no longer having our other dog see them. The response from whoever answered the phone was to immediately respond with an annoyed sounding "okaayyy???????" rather than asking for either: 1. my name/my dog's name and/or 2. confirming our dog's account is inactive And/or 3. Why we were firing them Fortunately, this interaction has made us confident that we made the right choice to find a differ... read more
