I spoke with an individual at CNA National Warranty about receiving my refund back for a rental vehicle I had been provided through my dealership. The customer service was absolutely horrific, in addition to being placed on about a 30 minute hold to simply locate my account - after I had provided nearly 8 different numbers, references, and names listed on my CNA NATIONAL WARRANTY CORP paperwork. I purchased a warranty with CNA National Warranty Corporation. My car has recently needed some work done. From the time of diagnosed issues and submitted claims, CNA has done nothing but give me a hard time about paying for anything covered under my my contract with them. Terrible experience with this company and will do anything to not accept a claim. I bought an extended warranty with my 2013 Equinox. I took it to the shop recently for an ABS light, trac control light, and brake light. The shop called and said the hub ring was bad and could replace it for $800. Took 3 months to just process the paperwork for my claim. Then 10 days to submit the claim to be finalized. They will not return phone calls. And when sending in forms they wont let you know if you sent in the wrong paperwork. They told me.its my responsibility to get all the correct forms to me and call to make sure they are correct. Bad customer service.

I too have a MaxCare Policy to cover my 2007 Lucerne, with bumper to bumper coverage at a cost of nearly 3,000 we are covered to 150,000. at 103,000 the car spun a crank bearing, we took it in the shop, (Emich Chevrolet in Denver are fabulous people to work with) on Feb 19 and as of close of business March 11th, instead of letting the GM dealer use genuine GM parts, they are still waiting for CNA to ship third party parts that hold only a 12 month warranty and not lifetime like GM parts. if we used the care rental option of ... read more
I purchased GAP insurance for my car when I bought it in the spring of 2015 for 700$. I was involved in an auto accident in Sept. of 2015 and my car was totaled.
