So far total scam, i had my car tires flat by road hazard, in my case nails, after opening a claim they had to send inspector which take 5 days and my car stayed in shop, i was surprised that my claim got rejected by inspector, his clam was that it is rare that nail goes straight to tire, what that suppose to mean, do nails decide how it goes to tire? in any case i called them again and ask for logic of that and they had to transfer me to supervisor which i am still waiting supervisor to call me back, i am going to contact B... read more

Service on a 2010 VW EOS would've been @$2000; warranty covered for the $100 deductible.
This company did not contact me at all for weeks, not letting me know what forms were needed or anything. They haven’t even sent over payment for my vehicle to be paid off, which happened months ago. MONTHS AGO! I definitely do not recommend this company, ever.

When we bought our 2016 ***** ***** (used from a dealer) we purchased an extended warranty with CNA National. Oil changes, service bulletins and routine maintenance were done. A few weeks ago my motor blew. We provided oil change receipts that we had, ****** information as well as ****** diagnostic print outs. ANY time a light came on, it was checked out. I am very disappointed with this warranty company! It's bad enough that I have a $500 deductible but when I took my vehicle in for a/c work, it got worser! The company approved the work to be done to replace the evaporator but I had to come out of pocket with an additional $200.00 for the leak test and to replace the freon. Really! That should have been included with the a/c repair. We have looked into your claim, Tra. The repair facility charged $100 for an A/C check on top of what we authorized, which included diagnosis. They also charged $152.31 for an antenna cable repair that would not be covered under your contract and included it with the A/C on their repair order. We did cover the full cost of the A/C repair based on your coverage and after your $500 deductible, per the terms of the contract. The dealer discovered a problem with a seal on my oil filter and fixed it. Cleaned up all the oil from my engine. Done right and no problems anymore
