This is the biggest scam of all time. 2 out of 3 claims have been denied. Even with it in writing that it’s covered, the company does not cover the policy for payment so the dealer does not do the work. Never again would I purchase something like this.

Business response:

One of our managers reviewed your claim to be certain it was handled per the terms and conditions of our agreement with you, and it was. The contract that you have with us is component specific, meaning that coverage is limited to the parts listed in your contract. Unfortunately, the part that failed is not one of the components covered by your contract. We are sorry we can't be of assistance in this matter, but want to reassure you that the claim was handled per the terms of your contract with us.

Repaired damaged wheels, all handled by the dealer who sold the policy. No issues

Business response:

Thank you for the five-star review. We always strive to offer our customers the very best in product and service. And, thank you for being one of our customers!

I am a service advisor, who works with extended warranty companies often. I recently filed a cut and dry mechanical breakdown claim for a client of CNA National's. The adjuster was extremely rude (talked over me, talked down to me, and was overall unpleasant to work with). After an inspection from a third party inspector, in which our shop provided ample evidence of a mechanical failure, CNA national declined the claim, stating that the mechanical failure was consequential damage due to tire tread. Not only that, but they li... read more

Garbage company. They denied the claim when my transmission began leaking by just saying, "That's not covered." When pressed for the actual language in the contract that says the particular issue isn't covered, they could (of course) come up with none. Instead, they took 2 days to send out one of their own inspectors who said, "That's not covered." Still no actual contract language that says it's not. Do not buy their product. I spent over $2k on a warranty that gets me nothing. Absolute thieves. Shame on Orland Park Honda, ... read more

Business response:

One of our claims managers reviewed your claim to ensure it was handled properly and it was. The initial failure, which caused the problem you experienced, does not meet the definition of a covered breakdown per our contract with you. This was verified by an independent inspector. If you need further explanation, please contact our claims department at 800-345-0191.

The only thing the Factory Wrap Plus Preferred covered is the tow on my 2017 ***** *******. The PVC valve froze and blew the rear end seal out so my car will not hold oil. The warranty covers the rear end seal but they will not cover the repairs because it was related to a freeze in the PVC Valve. Very disappointed that as much as I pay for the top notch warranty they will not cover the parts that are normally covered because winter decided to reek havoc on us.

Business response:

We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service. We have, however, abided by the terms and conditions of our service contract with you.

Not happy with cna, headgasket is starting to leak and cna is claiming it is not a active leak which is bogus in my head. Headgasket seap as they are saying isn't gonna fix itself itself going to get worse or possibly go the other direction into the oil, tried asking where in there contract it said anything about "seapage" and they hung up on me because I don't agree with them

Warning CNA will not pay gap on any extra payments that are made on your account. In fact, when my car was totaled with someone else at fault, they did not use the payoff amount that the Finance Company gave them. They paid a lesser amount. I believe that is predatory if the finance company is telling the truth. My payment wasn't due until five days later. My payment had not yet posted onto my account when the wreck occurred. The payment posted several hours later. So, they don't want to pay up on that amount. That is wrong.... read more

Well from my understanding my warranty is supposed to cover mechanical devices that do not function to specification play The Case of the mirrors on my Tahoe not functioning properly they would not repair them or replace I don't understand what I paid for apparently I shouldn't have to wait until things break completely before they are addressed.
