I initially had an issue with CNA honoring what is considered to be “standard” suspension repairs in the 3rd party warranty industry. After expressing my concerns to CNA, Josh a Claims Manager at CNA responded to my review and decided that the repairs were warranted. Thanks to CNA staff like Josh, I have a renewed confidence in aftermarket warranty coverages and believe that folks like Josh are a credit to his organization—who use a “3rd” set of eyes on a difficult situation in righting a wrong! First time using the insurance it was great no hassle and work was done quickly it was minor repair. Second time we had to use it, the dealership had the truck a week to fix, something that should of been fixed in one day. It was not even a major repair. Friday morning we took to the dealership, cna said they needed adjuster to look at, the adjuster look at it the next week on a Tuesday, then we had to wait for approval until Thursday. This company was Horrible!! I purchased both gap insurance and a extended warranty with them with my car loan. A month later that cancelled my policy and took my money. I’ve been getting the run around from all the staff For the last month. I’ve emailed and called the supervisor Brenda Palamino numerous times with NO RESPONSE. These people are FLAT OUT thieves !!! Don’t purchase anything from them. They give you the run around about your money! I’ve reported them! Give me my money back or reinstate the warranty!
Horrible customer service never pay the claims as they say they will horrible I have submitted 4 clod a all they do is give you the run around. I would never ever wast my money or time

This warranty company is a scam! Do not waste your money. If the dealer you are purchasing a vehicle from uses this warranty company, you should seriously consider buying a car elsewhere. We purchased a Volkswagen Passat with the preferred care plus package. Maintained the car according to the manufacturer. The warranty company is refusing to cover repairs.
