Dr. Bui has been my son's pediatrician since he was born. She is great at conveying her concerns to us as well as addressing any that we might have. She is very knowledgeable and informative. The nurses are all very kind and helpful. However, the front office staff at each of the locations are not very warm and welcoming. I don't feel like they care at all about their patients. Overall, we love Coastal Kids but I just wish the front office would offer the same warmth that the back office has.

We've never had a bad experience with Coastal Kids, and my children are 6 and 8 years old now. We started coming here when our firstborn was 2. We've never had an issue setting well check appointments, flu shots, vaccines, etc. They have two entrances - one for sick kids, and one for healthy kids. And their waiting area is warm and inviting with flat screen TV's to keep the kids occupied while they wait. Our main pediatrician is Dr. Kornu, who is only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We love, love Dr. Kornu and the wonderfully fantastic Irvine location. Incredible pediatric practice and amazing doctors from day one. We've had interactions with many different doctors and PA's over the years, all of them outstanding. Overall, just an incredible place for your kids' wellness. I thought that I had everything under control. That's what I said to my wife before she left, and that's what I told myself. I forget that even though I routinely tackle tough issues at work, caring for a infant is equally as challenging. We have been taking Emma to Dr. Hoffman at Coastal Kids in Laguna Hills and have both been genuinely happy with the quality of medical care and the level of professionalism she displays. I liked coming to coastal kids, everyone is nice, especially the drs. We changed insurances, so no more Coastal kids for us. BUT I would recommend this place to parents.
Truly the best pediatric experience ever. We have Dr.Kim and since day one she has been the best doctor to our twins and six year old. She always seems so attentive and passionate. She not only cares about my kids but she always asks how I'm doing. Thanks for updating our billing to the correct amount. The billing manager responded quick and provided a breakdown of charges such as post partum questionnaire/survey that should had never booked to my health insurance. There was no psych advice provided after the questionnaires. I'm glad they were able to correct this and hope they don't make the same mistake again. Nevertheless the doctors and staff are great at their jobs. I hope they post medical information on their portal soon in regards to my daughter health records.

I absolutely love this place. We had our first child a few months ago and they've been nothing less than wonderful with her and us. I especially appreciate that they allow me to take her vaccinations slowly - as per my request. Dr. Kim is very professional, yet personable as well. I love Coastal Kids!! Dr. Kornu is our go-to physician. She's been my son's doctor since before he was born. She's a kind, patient, and knowledgeable woman and I'm grateful that should she be unable to meet with me on a chosen day, I can have my son seen by any other physician there and feel comfortable and safe. The staff are very kind and accommodating.
