This by far the worst lying group of business people. They lied about everything pertaining to the move and took over $2,400 non-refundable monies. Be on guard when you talk with this company. Everything about them is bogus. It would be worth it call the Better Business Bureau to get the real low down about this company. I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone!!!!! Be careful and check their track record of carry out a reliable business. This company is not accredited by the BBB for a reason.
All coast was very active when trying to get your business. After they don't even take your calls they hire movers that are like them only lies. Absolutely ********! We booked our move with them well over a month and we were asked how much stuff we had. I told them the amount of rooms and roughly how many boxes we had and I was quoted 2400.00 the day they were to arrive they got there late and whispered in another language and quoted us almost 9000.00! We called customer service while they were there and were told sorry. complete ********, gave us no names, no address where to be located, took our deposit and blocked our phone numbers DO NOT TRUST THESE *** **** PEOPLE, living off of peoples trust in them to deliver a service that does not exist.

They don't deserve on star, but I had to select something to continue this review. This company is beyond horrible. Bait and switch, They are trying to double, possibly triple the amount they originally quoted me. They underbid and at a very low price with a very low cubic foot space knowing full well my cubic space needed was much more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . We were charged 10,000 dollars to move our belongings and they lied to us from day one . *** took my order and he knew that we had a 2,400 square foot home . The moving box truck came and only took 1,852 CUBIC SQARE FT of our belongings . It didn't even look like they took anything as I walked around my home . Please take all of these comments seriously and do not use this company. I have read them all and am having similar experiences. The price they quoted over the phone is no where near what I will actually if and when I get my belongings. My pick up date was scheduled for Sat, May 29th. The driver never showed up and never called. When I called to get an update I was told by the driver they needed to reschedule for the following day which was May 30th. Hello your price was adjusted due to your items being much larger than you informed us of. When the movers arrived they informed us that the inventory varied from what was provided to AllCoast Moving Group. Along with the driver needing to reschedule we do deeply apologize but in the moving industry we experience delays that we have no control over. Such as weather, traffic, even other clients can cause backups on our schedule.
This company deserves a ZERO for a review. I booked this move 2 weeks out and they didn't even call me to let me know their driver cancelled. I had to call them to find out what time their were going to show up. And now it will be 3-5 days before I receive my deposit back. So I have to find someone else to move my things on a short notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We work with motor carriers all over the nation and, unfortunately, the one we had assigned for you canceled last minute due to a shortage of truck space. This is an unforeseen event that can happen with any moving company. We have issued you a full refund for not being able to meet your expectation.
I scheduled a move with the dated of the 13th thru the 15th asking it be completed on the 14th. I was assured this was no problem. I was told I would get a call 24 to 48 hours before the 13th with a schedule. Neither of those things happened and I had to call them to only get told no one is coming until the 15th and they still don't know when.
