Horrible experience! First **** underbid the move after i specifically told him the dimensions of the storage units. Then ***** calls to say it was underbid and the moving truck is in bad weather and must charge us an extra $2900. He gave us the option to cancel but we trusted ****. When **** the rude mover showed up he charged us another $1500. By this time i just wanted my belongings loaded on the truck which, by the way, was not the truck promised. If there were a way to give 0 stars, I would. Everything about this company sucks. From the lying sack of shit sales person Shane to the bullshit phone system that doesn't even sound like a business when you call to the customer service that is non existent. And the lame phantom coward of an owner who doesn't take calls when your delivery is 30 days late. Steer clear of this company. They are the absolute worst. !

Do not be fooled. Please listen to the reviews. This company is a total **** ! All coast is a broker and not the actual moving company ; therefore they will lie and sale you a story just to gain your business . After the contract is assigned the real moving company is hired ...nothing they promised holds true . Beyond horrible. I am in the same boat as Cam. ACMG is just a broker. They hide behind fake reviews and a polished website, and then they get a horrible moving company to take you stuff, charging a fee. ACMG is incentivized to under-estimate the fair, and the moving company is incentivized to jack it up. They also scam you with fake promises, all lies hidden in the small print, for example promising a quick delivery, but actually having no insight or care to have your stuff delivered in a reasonable time. This was an absolute horrible moving experience all around. On the day of my move, my price quote was increased by $900 and I was told that All Coast Moving Group had completely misquoted me. Only about half of my inventory was covered by the quote and I ended up having to get storage for the remainder of my quote. The rep that seemed so helpful on the phone while convincing me to do the move was conveniently unreachable after I committed. Unfortunately, All cost moving group can not determine the reason for the additional space that was needed for your move because we were not contacted at the time of pick-up when the issue arises. When we received the final paperwork from the time of pick-up the customer was charged for the exact space they resvered.
