STAY AWAY save yourself the time and trouble DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had the worst experience possible with this group. They will way underbid your quote and at the end of it all it will probably double as mine did. They sub contract all the work to outside services I'm sure probably the cheapest they can find to save them $$$ . I could go on and on but I won't bottom line is BEWARE and just don't use them.

This client was sent our agreement that states when the movers arrive at the time of pick up that there would be a revision done at the time of pick up. This client never called into our office and stated any of these concerns. We do our best to provide accurate quotes and always aim to have excellent service. I'm sure if there was a discrepancy we could have had this sorted out unfortunately this client never made any of this aware to us.
Do not use this company! They lie, don't return calls and treat you like garbage. Salesman made many promises that were not delivered. Tried to contact salesman for a week, left messages and emails but never returned our calls. They called the day before they arrived for pick up and when they showed up we realized the space was insufficient for the amount we had. Driver said we would have to renegotiate price. All this after we sold over half of our inventory. Stay away from these extremely unprofessional group.
This has been the worst experience of moving. This company does not do what they say, there is no communication and they are rude when you want to know where your things are. They did not pick up my things on the day they promised, knowing I had to get on a plane for a family emergency. I had to leave anyway and have a friend handle it. They finally arrive July 13th. Seriously, this has to stop! They are seriously ripping people off left and Right. So, if anyone does their true homework.... These are FACTS and now red flags to look for using a transportation move. Trust me, they are fraudulent or totally inadequate and should not have a business! I see on the day of your pick up the movers arrived on site and you stated to us you were only transporting 45 household goods. But once the paperwork was filled out you had an additional 50 pieces resulting in a total of 95 pieces which was no way near what you stated to us. The worst and most misleading moving company ever!!! Our quote was for $3600 and the day before our pickup they called and cancelled our appointment due to "driver issues". When we rescheduled the pickup the price went up to $4000. I was upset and said that it was their fault so why am I paying more? The issue was never resolved and the price was now $4000. If I could give this business a -10 I would. This has been a most unpleasant experience with a business that totally misrepresented themselves from the onset. I Googled moving companies and these people came up first. When I called and explained what I wanted they assured me they could accommodate my needs. This is by far the WORST customer experience of my life. They will take your deposit and NEVER SHOW UP FOR THE MOVE and then refuse to give you your deposit back, or they will pick up your belongings and you'll never see them again. They lie, cheat, manipulate, hang up on you, give you a false refund receipt and say the bank has your money locked up which is a complete lie. Our pick up date in Pittsburgh, PA was July 8th for our move to Winter Garden, FL. I was told by Zach M at All Coast that it would be the following week for delivery. We are now approaching 3 months and my kids, wife and I are awaiting beds, dressers, clothes, and many other personal belongings. We have been in constant contact with ***** ********* pertaining to his household move. We informed ***** ********* that we will have an update by today or tomorrow confirming his delivery request.
These people are *******. The contract says price can change and they rely on that to get your deposit and not have to pay it bAck. We told Them everything that they would Be moving and they came and even though it was all on the list they doubled our charge. Sounds like a common theme.
