THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, MISLEADING ON PRICES FOR A MOVE. BEWARE!!!!! THEY QUOTED ME A PRICE AFTER I WENT THROUGH EVERYTHING I WAS MOVING AND WHEN THEY SHOWED UP THE PRICE WAS ALMOST TRIPLE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU AFTER THEY GET YOU TO PLAY THE INITIAL PRICE TO BOOK. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE AND MANAGEMENT IS WORSE
Completely awful, unprofessional, and no honesty. We requested a specific date & was given a date we did not request. We rescheduled our plans drive 10 hours at night to make it in time, was then canceled after we called to request an update. Then was told sorry there is nothing we can do for you. I attempted to call them 20+ times, no return call, no return email.
If there was a way to leave a negative star that would still be higher than deserved. This is a long review but I suggest you take the time to read it...many companies use this tactic. Therapy and switch **** company and they are liars. I got an estimate for $4,471.4 days before the move they tried to jack it up to $16,000, steer clear of this company they will screw you over,
My husband is disabled and we need a moving company. We're filling out their moving contract. And we decided against using their company after noticing some weird consistencies with their reviews. We decided not to go through with their services, and did not authorize them to charge the credit card and tried to hang up. It was my unfortunate experience to hire All Coast Moving Group. For those who read the reviews, please, please take heed. Believe every negative review of this company. Now, the moving company they hired were amazing, Household Goods Moving Experts out of Minneapolis, MN. My mistake was not first finding a local moving company for my daughter online. Horrible experience! First **** underbid the move after i specifically told him the dimensions of the storage units. Then ***** calls to say it was underbid and the moving truck is in bad weather and must charge us an extra $2900. He gave us the option to cancel but we trusted ****. When **** the rude mover showed up he charged us another $1500. By this time i just wanted my belongings loaded on the truck which, by the way, was not the truck promised. If there were a way to give 0 stars, I would. Everything about this company sucks. From the lying sack of shit sales person Shane to the bullshit phone system that doesn't even sound like a business when you call to the customer service that is non existent. And the lame phantom coward of an owner who doesn't take calls when your delivery is 30 days late. Steer clear of this company. They are the absolute worst. !
They changed there quit three times and where not able to take what they said.
