This company deserves a ZERO for a review. I booked this move 2 weeks out and they didn't even call me to let me know their driver cancelled. I had to call them to find out what time their were going to show up. And now it will be 3-5 days before I receive my deposit back. So I have to find someone else to move my things on a short notice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We work with motor carriers all over the nation and, unfortunately, the one we had assigned for you canceled last minute due to a shortage of truck space. This is an unforeseen event that can happen with any moving company. We have issued you a full refund for not being able to meet your expectation.
I scheduled a move with the dated of the 13th thru the 15th asking it be completed on the 14th. I was assured this was no problem. I was told I would get a call 24 to 48 hours before the 13th with a schedule. Neither of those things happened and I had to call them to only get told no one is coming until the 15th and they still don't know when. If I could give minus 3 stars, I would. This company's tactics feel very much like bait and switch. We were given a quote of about $2300 when asked what were the large furniture items in the move. The company required an $820 deposit, which is far too much. We made errors in not vetting the company first, trusting them and allowing them to take such a large deposit from our checking account. Hello, During the time of pick up the movers there stated the client had way more space and additional items. The signed agreement between ***** ***** and Allcoast Moving Group states that it is priced based on space and if the client has more items or space being utilized they must pay for that. The movers made a revision and the client signed and agreed to all the charges listed on the paperwork on June 2nd, 2021.
Completely awful, unprofessional, and no honesty. We requested a specific date & was given a date we did not request. We rescheduled our plans drive 10 hours at night to make it in time, was then canceled after we called to request an update. Then was told sorry there is nothing we can do for you. I attempted to call them 20+ times, no return call, no return email.

If there was a way to leave a negative star that would still be higher than deserved. This is a long review but I suggest you take the time to read it...many companies use this tactic. It was my unfortunate experience to hire All Coast Moving Group. For those who read the reviews, please, please take heed. Believe every negative review of this company. Now, the moving company they hired were amazing, Household Goods Moving Experts out of Minneapolis, MN. My mistake was not first finding a local moving company for my daughter online.
