Our pick up date in Pittsburgh, PA was July 8th for our move to Winter Garden, FL. I was told by Zach M at All Coast that it would be the following week for delivery. We are now approaching 3 months and my kids, wife and I are awaiting beds, dressers, clothes, and many other personal belongings. I was underquoted by half the money and they could only fit 1/3rd of our items. These people are *******. The contract says price can change and they rely on that to get your deposit and not have to pay it bAck. We told Them everything that they would Be moving and they came and even though it was all on the list they doubled our charge. Sounds like a common theme. I believe since we told them everything ahead of time the contract should have stuck and we are ready to sue the **** out of this company. Anyone want to go in for a lawyer? I'd prefer ZERO star! I needed to move and hire help. They quoted me and were very genuine in the beginning. I needed a specific date they said was available and had set it up with a local company closer to me, so I paid a large deposit. The very next day I called the local movers and they didn't know anything about it nor had the dates available. I was lied to. I called All Coast immediately and was treated poorly and yelled at because I caught them in a lie. I demanded my money for deposit back since it was well within the... read more

**** ****** was informed we were assigning the drivers. Before we even sent the paperwork and file over to the motor carrier **** ****** was harassing them for information. We tried very hard to explain they didn't have her information yet and it became an escalated matter when it didn't need to be. The motor carrier had no knowledge of her relocation because she didn't allow us time to transfer the file over. **** ****** then proceeded to dispute charges with her bank.

The absolute worst! I spent a great deal of time itemizing every stick of furniture in my home while booking this move. They quoted me for 1/3 of the space that my stuff actually needed. The movers loaded all of my belongings onto the truck, then told me my total owed was $6k more than expected! These people will low ball you to get you to sign with them, then charge you more on the back end, when you have no choice but to go along with it. I have never been so angry and frustrated with a company in my life.

This was the cheapest mover I've had, that is true. However, this was the worst I have ever had! They damaged a large number of furniture. Scraped, finish removed, shards of wood exposed. They ruined a lampshade and hid it from me, so not discovered until after they had left. A treasured oil painting canvas was damaged, and another painting's frame was damaged in seven spots. ****** ******** has not informed anyone at the All Coast Moving Group of any complaints or damages. ****** ******** will be able to file a claim for any damages or missing items. It is definitely not ideal to have any damages but this is the moving industry and unfortunately, it is possible.

Don't trust this company they'll sweet talk you into paying a deposit with their so called same day booking specials and then keep the money if you cancel, ******* for $655

We have made numerous attempts to assist this client with this matter. On 08/30/2021 we spoke with the client in regards to him possibly wanting to cancel services. The client stated he would be contacting us to let us know how to proceed, we have never heard anything back since. We even went over all the possibilities of cancelling or proceeding and the client has never informed us of how to proceed. The client has broken the contractual agreement.

Do not use this company. There's a reason they have a D- rating and are not nor will they ever be BBB accredited. I was scheduled to move with them between August 13th - August 15th. We were selling our house on the 16th. The way the company works is they will call you at 3pm on the day before your move time to confirm if you move the following day (...what?!) so they called the 12th to tell me movers would not be coming on the 13th and they would call the 13th to let me know if movers would be coming the 14th.
