All Coast Moving has the worst customer service I have experienced. Initially, I was I told I could use a credit card for the move. Unfortunately, *** the rep. Do not use this company. There's a reason they have a D- rating and are not nor will they ever be BBB accredited. I was scheduled to move with them between August 13th - August 15th. We were selling our house on the 16th. The way the company works is they will call you at 3pm on the day before your move time to confirm if you move the following day (...what?!) so they called the 12th to tell me movers would not be coming on the 13th and they would call the 13th to let me know if movers would be coming the 14th. They deserve no star.Shiftless skunks,thieves.Liars,dogfood.They need to be put out of business. Did not deliver as told ,lied all the time on the phone.I get so mad I cant even put it all down without swearing and giving myself a nervous breakdown.Also damaged my furniture and then ignored my email about it ,two months gone by and never heard a word back.
We used this brokerage company for my moms cross country move from Seattle Washington to Greenville South Carolina. They lied to us the whole time, they blocked her number so she couldn't even contact them for help, we had a bonded contract they didn't honor, they hired out this job to a very inexperienced moving company that damaged 70% of our things. This by far the worst lying group of business people. They lied about everything pertaining to the move and took over $2,400 non-refundable monies. Be on guard when you talk with this company. Everything about them is bogus. It would be worth it call the Better Business Bureau to get the real low down about this company. I will never, ever recommend this company to anyone!!!!! Be careful and check their track record of carry out a reliable business. This company is not accredited by the BBB for a reason.
All coast was very active when trying to get your business. After they don't even take your calls they hire movers that are like them only lies. Absolutely ********! We booked our move with them well over a month and we were asked how much stuff we had. I told them the amount of rooms and roughly how many boxes we had and I was quoted 2400.00 the day they were to arrive they got there late and whispered in another language and quoted us almost 9000.00! We called customer service while they were there and were told sorry. complete ********, gave us no names, no address where to be located, took our deposit and blocked our phone numbers DO NOT TRUST THESE *** **** PEOPLE, living off of peoples trust in them to deliver a service that does not exist.
They don't deserve on star, but I had to select something to continue this review. This company is beyond horrible. Bait and switch, They are trying to double, possibly triple the amount they originally quoted me. They underbid and at a very low price with a very low cubic foot space knowing full well my cubic space needed was much more.
