Worst customer service ever its definitely a scam. No communication whatsoever and of course you cant speak to a so called supervisor regarding your concerns with why its taking a company 1 month to move your belongings and when the broker tells you your goods wont be stored a t a storage facility and theyll head straight to the destination its all lies from the get go with this company avoid at all costs!!!!
SCAMMERS!!! This company is NOT a moving company, they are BROKERS!! They quoted me $2025 for my move of a bedroom set, a full size bed and night table and estimated 30 boxes. The quote was based on 300 cubic feet. My bedroom set alone was more than that and I gave them detailed dimensions. The moving company showed up and said there was no way this would fit and without looking at everything he said it would be over $4000. HORRIBLE. ALL COAST IS NOT A MOVING COMPANY they are brokers. All they do is take your money and assign you to an actual moving company. The original quote was $4000.00, yes, $4000 more than what I was quoted. The truck they sent based on information from ALL COAST and guess what? The truck isn't even big enough.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. Never have I ever experienced worse customer service from anyone in my entire life.***** the sales representative underquoted me so badly that I am now having to pay more than double what I was originally quoted. ***** told me repeatedly that he was overestimating" so that I would not run into this kind of issue. **** don't mention that they are just a broker to the mover, and they have nothing to do with the actual movers (safe bound) that physically showed up the day of the move... read more
**** ******.They hid the real mover company until last minute. Movers didn't contact me prior to moving date. I got agitated as they haven't shown up in the morning of moving date. I learnt the Allcoast subcontracted me to a 3rd scam company name triple crown which has 1/5 legit reviews. I decided to cancel everything which cost me $700 lost in deposit. I ended up couldn't find across-the-state mover within that short period of time. My friends showed up to help me move my stuff into a U-box instead. Be careful of these scam... read more
Worst experience I have ever had with any company I have ever dealt with. Quote changed from 3k to 5.1k once they had my hand behind my back. Absolute scam artists. This company needs to be shut down. It has no place in a 1st world nation.
This 'group' does not give true quotes but,quickly takes your $830 and by the time you receive a long contract,****,has your cash!He then quotes $966 for the pickup and $966 for the drop.I tell him I acquired the funds.He never quoted the name of the movers who are doing the job.I put the money into money orders in All Coast name.The mover calls me the night before the move and tells me when they are coming.They tell me they will be taking my belongs first and will be doing a move to ******** before I receive my things.They ... read more
The company was so helpful and responsive when getting moving quotes. They seemed honest about additional charges. Then the move came. We were shocked our shipment went from 320 cu ft to 950 cu ft. For a one-bedroom 750 sq ft apartment, tripling our charges. We expected a little more, but not triple. All Coast Movers did nothing to help us. We were shocked to have to come up with $2,000 extra cash at pick up and $2,000 extra cash at delivery. This wiped all cash accounts and had to delay paying other bills. Do NOT use this company. Do NOT trust anything they tell you over the phone.. take your time and find your own moving company with their own trucks..rhis is a brokerage company who will tell you anything to make a deposit which they refuse to reimburse .. got me for ****** ************************* is the agent I spoke with and made everything sound so nice ..WRONG ... stay away don't be lazy
