This company is a scam. Everything they advertise is false information and not accurate. They claim to be a moving company which is not true. This is a broker that works with many freelancers. Stay away from this company. The government should look into this business since they are scamming good working people.
Called and got an estimate based on every particular item in my home that I wanted to move. The quote seemed fair, so I deposited the 50% "required" down payment to reserve my move. I received a call 1 day after the cancelation period had passed. The representative then said we needed to go over all the items that were being moved. At first, they were very flexible and helpful. When moving day approached, a random company showed up and I was given no notice who this would be. Communication was very confusing. Some of the team members were very helpful, others were not. They charged me double what they originally estimated. Now, I am still waiting for my stuff to arrive and the window for delivery that All Coast committed to is totally out irrelevant because they are not involved any more since they are just a broker. While the reps I spoke to both in getting the original estimate and a final estimate were pleasant, their final estimate based on photos and discussion was way low and I ended up paying $500 more on moving day. When I called on Monday the customer service supervisor kept saying that the estimate is based on the space used trying to fit the furniture "like Tetris" and all furniture is different. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with, if you can even consider them a company. They are a major scam and they don't care about their customers at all. They quote you at one price and force you to commit without fully reading the documentation and then increase the price 3 days prior to your move. These people are scammers and not to be trusted. Do not use them. The movers they contracted to do my move did not show up twice. I had to be moved so I got other real movers. They have $1770 of my money and will not return it. Be smart and safe use someone else.
This Company is HORRIBLE! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sub-let companies are Ok, but Coastal upcharges with their sub-let companies, DOUBLE!! Stay away from this Company! About to file a Law Suit.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They quote you one price then it more than triples in the end. They tell you you will have your own truck LIE!! They come to your house out sourced and provide you with people that steal from you. I have all the images of that day including the numbers of the rented Uhaul they brought. Should never have to require 1 star to post a review. We had to use a moving company (for the first time) for our move across 3 states as pods/similar services were not able to deliver to our new area. When talking to customer service, who created our estimate, she made it sound like **** was a reputable company and ranked #2 for moving services.
