These were the most unprofessional, rude, & dishonest people Ive ever had to deal with. They quoted me one price & then jacked up the price over $2,000! When I didnt even have much. Every single piece of my furniture was ruined!! They broke the leg on my ************** fix it! My new tv stand they ruined the top of it! Im also missing items!! If I could leave a 0 I would. We made a $2500 deposit anticipating a move when we listed our home for sale. We made this deposit on 10/9 with a floating move date as we cant move until our home sold and havent solidified a home. Its 11/7 and no bites on our home so no longer selling. Avoid this company at all costs. It is nothing but a scam they use your property and the distance between the two points as extortion to get more money from you at each step of the way. The worst moving company in the entire west coast. You will be scammed out of your deposit.
I used them to move to ********** from ********. When they got there first they wanted ***** more if i moved a recliner. I said no just the boxes even when i had it on the estimate. So when i get my stuff part of it for some reason done of my electronics made it and when i called they did a calm and more less said there wasn't anything they could do. This company is a scam. Everything they advertise is false information and not accurate. They claim to be a moving company which is not true. This is a broker that works with many freelancers. Stay away from this company. The government should look into this business since they are scamming good working people.
Called and got an estimate based on every particular item in my home that I wanted to move. The quote seemed fair, so I deposited the 50% "required" down payment to reserve my move. I received a call 1 day after the cancelation period had passed. The representative then said we needed to go over all the items that were being moved. At first, they were very flexible and helpful. When moving day approached, a random company showed up and I was given no notice who this would be. Communication was very confusing. Some of the team members were very helpful, others were not. They charged me double what they originally estimated. Now, I am still waiting for my stuff to arrive and the window for delivery that All Coast committed to is totally out irrelevant because they are not involved any more since they are just a broker.
