Fraudulent services. I had a contract for 2,792 and when the movers got here they said that I owed $4,500 due to wrong estimate even though I provided a correct estimate and accounted for all items other than barstools that I stated I could move if it were to drastically change the price. I continued on because my company will reimburse me BUT the kicker is that the guys moving me said there isn’t enough space on the truck and that I need to get a uhaul on my own. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When you call for a quote for your 4 bedroom home and contract they will continue to use the language of "26 ft box truck..." but when they call three days out from your move they will inform you that you actually only have 1/3 of the box truck allotted to your family and that full use of the truck will be $12,000. If I could give a 0 I would. This company lies to get you to sign a contract. Then the moving company they outsource to shows up on the day of to move you, they know youre now in a bind and need to be moved, and the moving cost suddenly triples for more than expected cubic feet. I absolutely wouldn't give this company even a single star, zero if possible! It's a complete sham, not a moving company but a lousy broker. They hook you up with the most unprofessional movers imaginable to handle your furniture. What's worse, this company is the epitome of dishonesty and scam. Was very disappointed in this company during all aspects of moving a family member across country. Was told to pick a date that we would like items delivered and scheduled time off to help.
