When I contacted this company they told me it would be $1489. They did not tell me I had to pay them and then I had to pay the moving company extra in the amount of $2772. I thought I was contacting the moving company directly to move from ******* to *********. The price kept going up and up until it reached about $15,000. They said it would be 3 to 4 days for delivery which ended up being about 20 days so we had no furniture when we moved which they lost a lot of our stuff. Had we taken the time to do our due diligence by reviewing without the fears and pressure of missing out on our "quoted price" we would have had our eyes wide open to the negative complaints, reviews and D- rating with the BBB. *** was super friendly, helpful and forthcoming about "all" of the things we would encounter with the company. A broker who will lowball estimates, cash that, then pass the contract on to a Mover that triples the price after your 72 hour cancel period starts.I was quoted a $5k move that now has risen to a staggering $17k - the vendor they sent has 100% negative reviews across the spectrum. These were the most unprofessional, rude, & dishonest people Ive ever had to deal with. They quoted me one price & then jacked up the price over $2,000! When I didnt even have much. Every single piece of my furniture was ruined!! They broke the leg on my ************** fix it! My new tv stand they ruined the top of it! Im also missing items!! If I could leave a 0 I would. We made a $2500 deposit anticipating a move when we listed our home for sale. We made this deposit on 10/9 with a floating move date as we cant move until our home sold and havent solidified a home. Its 11/7 and no bites on our home so no longer selling. Avoid this company at all costs. It is nothing but a scam they use your property and the distance between the two points as extortion to get more money from you at each step of the way. The worst moving company in the entire west coast. You will be scammed out of your deposit.
I used them to move to ********** from ********. When they got there first they wanted ***** more if i moved a recliner. I said no just the boxes even when i had it on the estimate. So when i get my stuff part of it for some reason done of my electronics made it and when i called they did a calm and more less said there wasn't anything they could do.
