All Coast Moving Group LLC team arrived on time and they moved my front bed in other room. Super friendly and professional - even offered to take my old furniture away after placing my new dining room set! I will definitely recommend to friends and would call again!

I was very taken back by the experience I had with All Coast Moving Group LLC. I spent much time vetting out different companies because I’ve heard so many people having bad experiences and this was just one decision I made that I regret in the least. They were efficient, timely and treated my things like they were their own. I would recommend this group to anybody. Thanks again All coast!

Coastal Moving Services extremely under quoted my move - from quote to actual final cost it tripled. They immediately handed my move off to a very unreliable moving company and then throughout the process just kept telling me to contact that company, nothing they could do to help me. Worse move of my entire life; will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. What should have been a couple week process took almost two months leaving me to rent a hotel room as I had no furniture to put in my new home.

My mom moved from ************ to *********************. She paid $1,370 in cashier checks before she moved on July 8, 2021. The company said they were running late. After a week, they contacted her & demanded more money. They put her things in storage & wouldnt give her the property until she paid them $650 in cash! Coastal quoted me the costs for my move and what I had to pay the mover at the time of pickup and delivery. The mover they picked not only increased the price, basically doubling the final cost. The diver of the moving truck also wanted an additional $400.00 for doing a movie video for his company, we refused. Not only was our furniture in poor shape but the coffee table and end table were broken. They took pictures but we do not know who to submit a claim too. We were severely under quoted for our move from ******* to *******. When we asked for a refund they would not return our money. ***** ****** would not return our phone calls and kept giving us the run around. We are a military family and it cost us a lot of money for them not to meet the demands of our move. Do not use this company because they entice you with low prices to get your business, but cannot deliver what they offer.

WARNING: FIND A DIFFERENT MOVING COMPANY. if I could give ZERO stars I would. We were quoted 6000$ for them to move our things from ******* to **. We only lived in a 3 bedroom condo and mind you sold everything in one of the bedrooms. Movers got there and charged us an extra 6000$ because they said they needed a bigger truck. ITS BEEN OVER THREE WEEKS AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY ITEMS. IN THE PROCESS OF FILING AN INSURANCE CLAIM *** CONTACTING THE BBB. If I could I would leave zero stars. They are extremely too persistent (thirsty) in a creepy way. Providing unrealistic, low quotes indicating that's it too good to be true. Then asking for thousands of dollars up front. They refuse to take no for an answer. They continued to call me at odd hours of the day. I finally blocked the numbers; they then call me on a private number at 10 pm! I screened thr first call, they immediately called back, I ignored it, they called one more time!
