This was an especially challenging move from a two-story home on a very busy boulevard to a three-level townhouse and it required exceptional coordination, strength, and care. **** and his team arrived promptly and worked tirelessly for eight full hours. They carefully moved living room furniture, kitchen contents, two complete bedroom sets, delicate kitchenware, dining room furniture, and numerous boxes all without a single item damaged or broken.

Amazing customers service! **** and his partner were so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving. Very professional and pros at moving my big furniture that looked like it wasnt going to fit into my new place. Best experience Ive had with a moving company and Joy in the office was awesome at answering any questions I had about quotes and availability. Couldnt have had a better experience anywhere else!

This is the 2nd time Ive hired them and the team is great every time! ****** is so helpful with coordinating things, Will always checks in to confirm and the crews are great! Like really great! I am a repeat customer because of the first crew that came out in January, and crew were just as fantastic today! Im extremely satisfied with the service I received! The movers arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work with a clear plan. They handled all of my belongings with great care, carefully wrapping fragile items, securing furniture with protective padding, and making sure nothing was damaged during the move. The team showed up on time, and they even stayed extra to ensure they got everything that needed to be moved.What was most impressive is during the moving process, something was damaged. They immediately accepted responsibility, and they began working to remedy the situation. After a short amount of time they were able to resolve the damaged piece of furniture. Ive used a few over the past few decades and I can now tell you Coastal Moving Services, LLC deserve your consideration. The three movers I had for half a day were phenomenal. They took great care with all of our furniture from wrapping it in protective blankets and shrink wrap to maneuvering it in and out of tight places. They really did a great job. They were amazing. We truly could not be happier. This move was a difficult one with some very heavy items and a huge shelving unit to store those very heavy items on. They were the best. They helped us tear down the shelving unit and reinstall it in the new location. They went above and beyond and had a smile on their face while getting the job done. I highly recommend these guys if you are needing to get movers! You will not be disappointed!

Coastal Moving Services, LLC is the best movers in town hands down. I, along with my family, have used them for years and every time it is the same pleasant, worry free experience. They go the distance and their price is competitive. They are prompt, courteous and detail oriented.
