I would start by saying that the reason we went with Paul is because the firm he works for was the first to return our call out of several local firms. That being said, we lucked out by getting him. I cannot speak for every location, but I would confidently say that he knows Elk Grove expertly. While we were searching for homes he would often arrange viewings with only 8 hours of notice. Paul was absolutely amazing!!! He kept in contact with us every step of the way and took extra consideration knowing we were first time home buyers. He let us know about every house we looked at and didn't give up until he found us the perfect house. Paul answered every Question and request promptly and went to battle for us so we could end up with a better house at the right price. Dave is the most knowledgable real estate agent I've ever met. He studies the market and really knows how to price a home. We listed our home for exactly what we needed and within four days got a full price offer from a good buyer! He really works to sell homes instead of just waiting for an offer. I found this realtor off of this site when I was looking to sell my house. Paul was very friendly and prompt with all communications. His follow through was great.
