As a first time homebuyer I was very wet behind the ears, so to speak. Kyle walked me through the process step-by-step and made me feel very comfortable at each point. I have a very busy work schedule and Kyle was flexible and accommodated my needs. He has a level of professionalism and experience that kept me at ease throughout what can be a very daunting process!

I have had the pleasure of working with Kyle Lackey for the past couple of weeks while searching for a house in Rocklin CA. This is regarding my experience with Paul and getting my first investment property purchase in Sacramento. Search phase: I live and work in the Bay Area so finding time during the week to go to Sacramento and look at properties was a very hard task to do. My wife and I needed an agent to sell a home in 2011. I looked at the reviews on Zillow, and picked David Hoggatt. We were very pleased with the results, and when we wanted to buy a home this year, we again hooked up with David. From offer on a short sale, to close of escrow was a couple days shy of two months. It was a pleasure working with Dave and his assistant Tyler. I had a few issues that they shouldn't have had to deal with and they handled everything professionally and with a smile. They held an open house on a Sunday and the home was under contract within the next week! Cobalt Real Estate will be who I refer my friends, family and clients to.

As an investor, I was very impressed with Paul's expertise in his profession...from the smallest details to the biggest details..He called the 3 week date and it was funded 2 days before!! I will use him again and again with all my properties!

In brief: -He got me the first house I wanted in a highly desirable area. -The house was under-valued but despite many other good offers, it was his ability to communicate with the sellers agent that got me in -He was spot on with the true value of the house and has a very good eye for potential -I was a first time buyer and because of that I caused a few hiccups, but he and his lending agent were on top of it all and were able to give me a level of excellence in service I could never have expected - I will definitely be goi... read more

Paul went above and beyond to sell my home. He alleviated my concerns when we hit a few bumps in the road, ensured that I received an offer well above my asking price and made the process toward closing escrow seamless. My only regret is that I signed with another agent to buy a home, prior to meeting Paul, the other agent referred us to a bad loan agent. Paul is a very nice guy and knowledgeable about the multiple areas we were searching. We were (are) very demanding clients and very picky about the home we were looking for- but Paul stuck with us despite this...& we found a home we hope to stay in for years to come!
