Paul was great to work with. I work graveyards four days a week generally all through the weekend. Paul did his absolute best to work as hard as he could with me and my busy schedule. His knowledge of what was needed to be fix/upgrade to get top dollar was unbelievable. Paul is very patient and has a good knowledge of the Elk Grove and surrounding area. He helped me purchase a home in Elk Grove. He was very prompt in answering my questions, worked through my tight schedule and made my purchasing experience really great. He took interest in showing me all the homes. Paul was very knowledgeable about the market, always available for questions and to show a house.He found solutions to roadblocks, worked with us long distance to buy a house. He had good knowledge of financing options and a pool of resources for various inspections. Without his knowledge, dedication and expertise a long distance purchase would have been much more difficult.

I recommend that anyone who is seriously looking for a home contact David Hoggatt.! David heard everything I told him regarding what I wanted and he delivered! I really like that he returns your phone calls and emails, he goes above and beyond to make your home buying experience a success. He explains everything so you can understand it and know what to expect. He helps relieve the stress of home buying. I don't plan on selling my new home anytime soon, but if I should, he will be the one I call to sell it for me.
David made the process of selling my home way easier than I could have ever imagined. The home was on the market for less than a week. Using his marketing tactics, he was able to create a great turnout for the open house and put us in a position to receive multiple offers. Not only does David understand the market, but he understands the marketing channels to reach potential buyers.
