Apx. 5 years ago Coit damaged my stone floor by polishing it....it had a matted finished....Knowing this takes more upkeep ...they gave me a letter stating they would help to maintain the "polished" finish on your travertine for its projected life time of three to five ears.....Key word is maintain "POLISH"....I waited 5 years not every year it just looked dull or a little dirty....again tried to be reasonable.....
