Had Coit's clean my ducts and every since they were cleaned, I have heavy dust coming out of the vents. Cleaning lady cleaned yesterday, I have to dust everything again today. It was not like that before they cleaned the vents. I called today and talked to a manager and he told me that I would have to live with the dust and there was nothing he was going to do. We got a quote for 50% off that did not have a time limit. When they came out they said that they now only offer 40% off and would not honor the quote that they said was past the time limit. The invoice had no date, it had no disclaimer about time limits. We won't be using them again. How stupid they were, traveled to our home with two employees, spend another hour or so communicating with their office and then leaving when they would not honor their quote. Apx. 5 years ago Coit damaged my stone floor by polishing it....it had a matted finished....Knowing this takes more upkeep ...they gave me a letter stating they would help to maintain the "polished" finish on your travertine for its projected life time of three to five ears.....Key word is maintain "POLISH"....I waited 5 years not every year it just looked dull or a little dirty....again tried to be reasonable..... Well they honored the letter by having a person come out and clean floor.... Grout not really clean....finish... read more
