Coit's your fired!!! We live in the Sacramento and have used Coit's for years. Problems began last year when they had to cancel our appointment which meant we had to move the furniture more than once. We were not happy but oh well things happen. This week we set them up for a carpet cleaning. At the last minute we got a call from the tech advising us that his equipment was not operating properly. I should have denied service. They came out and did nothing for my furniture but charge me. Won't be using Coit again ever. Upholstery job was the worse...didn't even clean it...

UNRELIABLE! We set up an appointment two weeks in advance to have our carpets cleaned following the sale of our house prior to the new owners taking possession, and these knuckleheads call five minutes after the agreed upon time to inform us they won't be able to do the job because they accepted an on the spot assignment over the prior commitment. Terrible Experience I set an appointment for a carpet cleaning on 2/3 last week. I had an appointment for 8-9 am. I received a call from the team that they had an issue with their vehicle, unfortunately they did not call until after the time frame they would be 1 hour late. That happens from time to time so understandable. I had previously researched what an air duct cleaning consists of and I found that many people had issues with companies not properly cleaning the air ducts and recommendations were to use a reputable company. So I thought to myself, COIT is a good reputable company. I was so disappointed with the work they did, but more importantly, the work they didn't do. First let me start by saying I've been using COIT since 2011 and never had an issue. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning for today and when the gentleman showed up he gave me a quote but told me they won't be able to do the cleaning today. Mind you when I called to make my appointment I specifically said I need it done today. I'm disappointed that this is how this company treats their long-term customers. I called COIT to come clean our tile and grout, which is throughout our entire home, except bedrooms. The original technician came and was very helpful and nice. We decided to do the colored grout sealing, which has a 10 year warranty. He couldn't do it because he didn't have the product, but he scheduled the appointment for it to happen. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR.TIME!! They called us asking.if.we.wanted out carpet cleaned. FOUR times they called and was supposed to get a call. Back to confirm address and confirmation. NEVER HAPPEN!! I GIVE UP. Next time when they call with an offer....ima just hang up.

I also experienced poor customer service. I was clearly told that I would be phoned on Wednesday to give me the "window" of time on Thursday during which a representative would come and provide an estimate for tile cleaning. No call, so I called and left a message Wednesday night. Got a call Thursday morning saying I was "misinformed", but that "Joe" would phone with the schedule shortly.
