had early morning appt, cleaner called thirty mins late to say on his way. next call was a supervisor telling me cleaner went home sick, no solution for my needing a move out cleaning, just wanted sympathy for employee. called me back to tell me another person would come at one and would call me beforehand. that cleaner was never told that and showed up at house after i gave up waiting. supervisors mailbox was not set up to take my voicemail when i called again. punchline was the estimate for sq footage was almost $700, so ... read more

Absolutely Brutal !!!!!!! They cleaned 3 rooms of carpet, let me rephrase, they SAID they cleaned 3 rooms of carpet. They looked as dirty afterward. But wait, there's more,.. I had them clean and seal the tile and grout in the rest of the house,... $2,000 later it did look better although I was not terribly impressed. Coit came over and gave us an estimate and told us that 90% of our stains would come out of our WHITE carpet without a problem. 500$ Well, I can honestly say this is the WORST carpet cleaning service I have EVER used. After they were done the carpet looked worst then ever and the cleaner assured me that they would disappear when the carpet dried, they did not. I tried Coit because they are nationwide and one of the largest in Sacramento. The carpet cleaner I have used in the past retired so I needed a new one. I have to say they were the WORST cleaning company I have ever here were spots everywhere after they were through. The guy that did it said when it dried they would disappear... they did NOT. Avoid Coit. Don't waste your time and money. Hired Coit to clean our air-ducts after I finished major renovations knowing that there was saw dust, sheetrock, etc. that had fallen into the in vents. We shopped around and found that other companies charge about the same as Coit WITHthe "40%" discount. So normal price would be much higher than other companies. So far I am happy with the quality of the service, but the professionalism of the staff fell very short and this is being kind and has left a really bad feeling about this company. The sales rep was three hours late, indifferent (to the fact that I was inconvenienced by having to wait for him!!!) and acted annoyed (but told me he had just gotten his large job for the day in the call before mine that made him late. $220.00 for less than an hour's service. Need I say more? The work was sub-standard and left me disappointed for the cost. Next time I will rent a rug doctor or find a local cleaner who is customer and quality oriented.

June 2013. $445.00 later, 5 rooms later. 2 cancellations, COIT not me. The carpets were very poorly cleaned. We saw areas on carpet with dark shadows. We shampooed again with our own machine. Very dark, water. Rude customer service. They insisted on coming back out to clean again. No thanks. Don't fall for their so called 35% discount either. Total scam job. Refused to issue partial refund. Never never again. Don't go with Coit. You'll be so sorry.

We scheduled them to come out between 1-3pm. I received a call stating they they could come out between 12-2, which I was fine with. Then , I received a call from the tech at 11am stating that he was running behind and he could be out between 3-5pm, which again, I was fine with. Then, my husband and I were out to lunch at 2pm and we receive a call from the tech stating that he'd be out to our house in 30 minutes.
