PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR.TIME!! They called us asking.if.we.wanted out carpet cleaned. FOUR times they called and was supposed to get a call. Back to confirm address and confirmation. NEVER HAPPEN!! I GIVE UP. Next time when they call with an offer....ima just hang up.

I also experienced poor customer service. I was clearly told that I would be phoned on Wednesday to give me the "window" of time on Thursday during which a representative would come and provide an estimate for tile cleaning. No call, so I called and left a message Wednesday night. Got a call Thursday morning saying I was "misinformed", but that "Joe" would phone with the schedule shortly. Used Coit for air duct cleaning in the home I just purchased. All the walls and ceilings were newly painted and they got them filthy. Black smudges and hand marks wherever they went. I called to complain and they said they wood send someone out to fix it (were they going to repaint my house?!?) but they never showed. Horrible customer service, lazy messy service guy. Now I have to repaint a bunch of surfaces. Thanks Coit. Never again.

I used Coit many years ago to clean the carpet at my old house. That was great. Since then they have called me nearly every week until I told them to stop. I had them out to clean my travertine floor today. They showed up 5 hours late and gave me a quote equivalent to a mortgage payment. I'm sure their work is fine but their customer service is terrible.

Epic Fail. I booked an appointment online over the weekend for a Tuesday appointment. When no called by Monday at 4pm - I called them. They were confused and eventually figured out that no one had called and by then Tuesday was no longer available. So I went with the flow and took the next available appointment for Thursday. They told me someone would call on Wednesday for the 2 hour window to be home. Guess what? No call again - so I call after 4pm again and go through the confusion of what time my slot is going to be. had early morning appt, cleaner called thirty mins late to say on his way. next call was a supervisor telling me cleaner went home sick, no solution for my needing a move out cleaning, just wanted sympathy for employee. called me back to tell me another person would come at one and would call me beforehand. that cleaner was never told that and showed up at house after i gave up waiting. supervisors mailbox was not set up to take my voicemail when i called again. punchline was the estimate for sq footage was almost $700, so ... read more

Absolutely Brutal !!!!!!! They cleaned 3 rooms of carpet, let me rephrase, they SAID they cleaned 3 rooms of carpet. They looked as dirty afterward. But wait, there's more,.. I had them clean and seal the tile and grout in the rest of the house,... $2,000 later it did look better although I was not terribly impressed. Coit came over and gave us an estimate and told us that 90% of our stains would come out of our WHITE carpet without a problem. 500$ Well, I can honestly say this is the WORST carpet cleaning service I have EVER used. After they were done the carpet looked worst then ever and the cleaner assured me that they would disappear when the carpet dried, they did not. I tried Coit because they are nationwide and one of the largest in Sacramento. The carpet cleaner I have used in the past retired so I needed a new one. I have to say they were the WORST cleaning company I have ever here were spots everywhere after they were through. The guy that did it said when it dried they would disappear... they did NOT.
