I was very disappointed in my experience with COIT rug cleaning. Before I sent my 3 rugs out, they asked me if I had pets - yes, I have 3 cats. One of the cats had vomited on one of the rugs, and it was slightly discolored in two spots. Rather than try to clean it myself & risk setting the stain, I trusted it to what I thought was a professional carpet & rug cleaner.
