Update once again Coit showed their true commitment to customer service. The empty words of the response is very similar to every response. More importantly, there wasNO FOLLOW-UP. At least they are consistent.

One thing I can say is that they were prompt and the carpet areas that they did clean look good. Their price was right too, but my big complaint was that they moved NO furniture. We had already moved a majority of the furniture (couches, coffee tables, all chairs...) completely out of the carpeted areas, but there were a few pieces that were unmoved (small drawer chest, night stands, dining table). I don't think this business deserves one star for customer service. I made an online appointment on Monday, was confirmed the same day. Had somebody scheduled to be at the office for the cleaning at 12pm and they called me the day before to confirm it would be between 2-4pm, no where near the 12pm window I asked for initially? Waste of my time-terrible customer service, I would never refer this company for any future business.

Don't bother. They are terrible lazy technicians who try to get by with the least amount of work. I asked for a quote and a cleaning and the guy actually ARGUED with me that I had only asked for a quote. When I told him I moved a bunch of things for him he said "you didn't move much." I had to call customer service and put them on speaker phone before he believed me. Then he failed to move tables he said he would move, and very reluctantly cleaned under items. Never use this company, they promise the world but don't deliver and Coit charged $1,000.00 for a basic job. We had to hire our realtor's cleaners who actually cleaned the entire house and fixed the mess Coit and they only charged us $500.00 Our home was perfectly cleaned and ready to sell no thanks to the Coit clowns and their managers who are rude assholes...

I live in a condominium complex. Coit have worked in my neighbors unit and did some restorations. They caused some damages while demolishing neighbors wall. Main damage is cracked drywall, broken glasses, broken lamp, etc. Total damage is around $700-$800. Fortunately I was at home during demolition and reported the issue to Coit staff working on site and reported our property management company. Coit staff said that company will compensate my damages. Guy who was supposed to show up between 2-4 pm showed up at 4pm. I showed him our couch and loveseat (both average sized not huge). When I asked him how much it would cost he said $450.00 but with special promotion only $270.00. I said how can that be you are running a $120.00 promotion quote to me over the phone. Nope lady the couch is $250 and the loveseat is $200. On the basis of a recommendation I employed Coit to clean our carpets. On the basis of our experience I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. The only positive thing I can say is that they showed up on time. There a lots of companies out there I should have looked further.

I would never use COIT ever in my life again!!! 1. made online appt for a Sat pm time; even on that Saturday, no call confirmation or anything, we called them and they said no record of it at all. They told us they will aim arriving between 3-6 pm. They arrive a bit after 6. 2. Online estimate for 2 couches were less than $200. They came and jacked up the price to $300.
