I was scheduled to be Coit's first appointment today at 8:00AM and I stayed home to meet the technician. He didn't show up, so I called Coit and asked what was going on. A young woman put me on hold, then returned saying that the managers were in a meeting and could not be reached. A half hour later, another woman called back to say perkily that I had "just been put on the 9:30 to 11:30 time slot". What inexcusable unprofessionalism. I hired Coit to clean my bedroom draperies. They came out and gave me an Estimate for $225. I arranged for them to pick up the drapes a week later. When they came out on the designated date to pick them up I arranged to have them returned two weeks later . They called the day before they were to be delivered and left me a message that they were coming out TO PICK MY DRAPES UP the next day. Unprofessional and lazy. One of them made a crude comment to me and my minor child. When we asked to leave our property they wouldn't budge and became even more inappropriate to the point where we had to call security to have them removed from our property. Horrifying experience. STEER CLEAR!!!

This is the first time we have paid to have our floors cleaned. We had done it ourselves a few times, but I was pregnant and it was hard for me to help move furniture around. The did a great job cleaning the center of each room, but didn't bother to get the edges of any of the rooms. It was pretty bad because you could really tell the difference between the clean white tile and the brown parts on the edges. I called to complain and they told us they could come out to redo it. Commercial Division is awful. Met with rep for estimate. Never received any quotes. Left multiple emails and phone messages and no reply. Even the 800 number call center was frustrated with this Branch. Horrible service.

update -- the ruined rug came back with stain still smelling and all over the rug in places not there in the first place. The original invoice shows a small stain in the right corner -- not all over the rug. THE RUG HAD PULLS AND TEARS IN IT AND IT WAS RUINED. I have been passed around from some manager Ryan to another Brian; to Janet who is "management person" who keeps passing the buck to the lower guys and you get the ideal run around WITH NO ONE TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY. Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. Horrible results. Horrible experience all the way around. Had two oriental rugs "cleaned." Both came back still dirty, one with a new huge gray stain down the center. They tried to tell me it was the "high traffic" area of the rug, but I reminded them it was the rug from under the dining room table. This is a total ripoff. They are charging way to much for their devices. $700.00 to clean a two piece sectional!!
