Steve Singerman(service tech) said he would get our written report & quote by email to us in one-two days. I called Friday(3 days later)and was told he was "in the field," but they would get him the message. After the weekend, I still hadn't heard anything. On the 8th day I call & am told they "can't do it." I asked to speak to speak to a manager as an 8 day wait left us in a bind as we could have been searching for a different company, instead of waiting 8 days for no reason. This review is a minus star. I would not say their service is even a one star. From start to finish it took this company August to September 2017 to semi-complete this job. This was the worse customer service I have ever had. I will never recommend this company. Coit gave me a deliver date, I took a day off for that day. The installer was running late and called me to let me know. A few minutes later the installer said my drapes were not pressed correctly because they were sitting in the back of the van. Do Not use this company. TERRIBLE customer service and no attention to detail or care to personal property or quality control. As other reviewers have noted, they are not respectful of the time frames they give for delivery and they made the spot on my rug worse than how it was when they picked it up for cleaning - with no seeming concern for quality or communication. I've had yelp for quite some time but I'm one of those that never review. This time I just had too! Worst customer service ever! When you make an appt you have the opportunity to enter your time slot request, but like the receptionist told me it's only a request. I had an average size sofa with high traffic spots. (most touched areas) Thought I would ask Coit for a quote. Was told they needed to come and look at it first. Ok Fair, sounds reasonable. So I scheduled an appt. They sent 2 technicians with the anticipation of actually cleaning the sofa. The quote was $200. 7 days after they took are carpets they call 3 hrs before the delivery time frame to tell us "their fans are broken and the carpets didn't dry"??! How is it possible they didn't realize this sooner when they had our carpets for over a week. The customer service was rude unapologetic and offered no discount on the high prices. Never use COIT!!!

Now $200 minimum but their online people have been instructed not to tell you this on the phone. So you move your furniture they show up and tell you $200 is it, even with your 40% discount. BTW there is no mention of what the minimum charge is on their website. I find their approach very deceptive and bad business practice. There are many other alternatives.

I guess I should have read the reviews on Yelp first. I used COIT once before and the tech was in such a hurry to get finished he left spots on my carpet. I went with them again today. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago so I would have my carpets cleaned for a party and gave specific instructions about the distance from my apartment to the driveway and that they would need extra hoses. i can honestly say, my experience with Coit was the WORST ever. A totally untrustworthy company. Here's why: Day 1 - A Coit estimator came and inspected the job for cleaning my stone floors and marble countertops and provided a written cost for the job. I then scheduled an appointment for the service for 3-5 pm. Day 2 - On that date, they called a half hour before to say the service could not be done until 6:30-7 pm because their technicians were tied up on another job.
