We called Coit as we needed our bedrooms clean after many months of construction and two pets and 3 adults walking and leaving in the house. Our neighbors recommended this outfit and a guy called Saul. The people are very nice but the company isn't customer friendly. When I called for a quote I was told $170-190 approximately. When the guy showed up tacked on was $75 worth of "fees" not quoted. When I called to ask why that wasn't included I was told "we never include that in the quote." That's crappy. I wanted to know what I'd be paying. Go with an independent carpet/ upostery cleaner. Support local business and not a pure profit, jerk big company

I was very disappointed in my experience with COIT rug cleaning. Before I sent my 3 rugs out, they asked me if I had pets - yes, I have 3 cats. One of the cats had vomited on one of the rugs, and it was slightly discolored in two spots. Rather than try to clean it myself & risk setting the stain, I trusted it to what I thought was a professional carpet & rug cleaner. They cleaned the rugs & brought all 3 back with lint and still some traces of cat hair on them. I had to send two of them back to be re-done. The one with ... read more

I had my carpets cleaned by Coit I sent them back three times to be cleaned and each time they came back just as dirty as they were as went I sent them in. I'm sitting here looking army so called cleaned carpets and I see just as many stains on them as there were there is just no difference at all... I would not recommend these people at all. for the price they charged it's just not worth it.

So far, I must say I am not impressed with Coit Services. The gentlemen they sent out on March 5, 2016 were very pleasant and represented their company well. However, trying to get a quote out of the company for a very simple blind repair has proven to be impossible. And needless to say, I don't want them cleaning the blinds if they can't even give me the time of day to repair one simple item! Only needs a simple rope attachment so that the blind can be drawn up and down. They told me they could have done it on the spot... read more

I had an appointment scheduled between 3-5pm, at 4pm someone called to tell me the technician was running late and wouldn't be there until 5:30. Then at 5:40 I get another call, still no technician and now he's not going to be here for another 40-50 mins. First impressions are everything and this one wasn't good, think I'll go with someone more reliable.

They cleaned 4 bedrooms. I didn't expect it to look new, but certainly better. Not really. The biggest rub though, 3 bedrooms smell fine, the master however stinks like dirty water. Not sure what he did wrong but it stinks! I called to have them back out, it's going to be 4 days before they can come back out to "re-clean" it. Funny, when I first called, they were out the next day, when it's time to stand behind it, sorry, can't make it.

Had them here twice, first time they did it we noticed that the two marks and only two marks we had on our carpet were still there (our house is very clean and carpets look brand new, the only reason we wanted a full cleaning was because our baby just started to crawl) they came back the next day to re do it. The marks were gone but when the carpet finally dried it was crunchy. We thought we just had to wait for it to soften as we walked on it. It never felt the same as it did.
