I'll probabaly never use COIT again. It was way too expensive for the work they did, plus they needed to come back to clean spots they missed. My Dad had the same issue with his home, plus they left too much of the tile sealer on our floors which left them very slippery. A day to two later I cleaned my tile floors and there was a lot of dirt, not sure if it was attracted because of all the greasy sealer left behind or if they really didn't get that clean to begin with. I don't even know how to begin this review, so I will begin at the start. I had an appointment and a price agreed upon before the arrival of the technician. This was not the first time they were cleaning my house therefore they knew the Square footage and the amount of bedrooms etc. when the technician arrived he raise the price by $100, I told him I was not asking him The price because I already knew the price, he called his supervisor and he came back and said that they would only give me a $25 discount. Don't use this company , I promise you gonna have worst experience. I had several opportunities to ask work to this company but they had cancellation in last minute. That's was my day off. I was waiting at my house. 「driver is sick」 I believe that they didn't have any engineer person even they booked work for me. I'm going to find other company.

5 area rugs and a new pad for one of the rugs were to be delivered Friday. I called Monday and changed that to Wednesday and was told no problem. I called Tuesday to confirm and was told no, it was Friday and Wednesday was not possible because the rugs were off site because they sent them out to a 3rd party for a cleaning to remove moth eggs. Unfortunately we have to get our granite installer out to reseal our counter. The product used by Coit really didn't work out. Also need to scrip the grout on tile floor, the reason I used them to begin with, as they allowed the sealant to pool all base boards and now have an ugly yellow band around our tile floor. Will Not use again, even with the coupons they sent!

I called COIT after my tenant house carpet needed cleaning from water damages and was quoted a certain amount. I agreed to the amount and set an appointment. Disclaimer: I did not use their full packaged offered and had already told them that through the phone. Which is the certain amount we agreed on. They came the day we set the appointment and "cleaned" the carpet. Scheduled an appt for Coit to clean our carpets. Received confirmation that the would be at the house between 12-2. Woke us up when they arrived shortly after 8 am. I told them that my appt was later and asked the to please come back at that time so I could make sure the dog was at the groomer and out of the house. They looked pissed that they had to come back. We called Coit as we needed our bedrooms clean after many months of construction and two pets and 3 adults walking and leaving in the house. Our neighbors recommended this outfit and a guy called Saul. The appointment was for Saturday November 19 th., I was in the shower when the guy came in and started to clean my bedroom after talking to my husband, when I came out of the bedroom I saw the guy cleaning and I said hello. The people are very nice but the company isn't customer friendly. When I called for a quote I was told $170-190 approximately. When the guy showed up tacked on was $75 worth of "fees" not quoted. When I called to ask why that wasn't included I was told "we never include that in the quote." That's crappy. I wanted to know what I'd be paying. Go with an independent carpet/ upostery cleaner. Support local business and not a pure profit, jerk big company
