You need to request Kevin!! I just had my stairs and two bedrooms cleaned by Kevin B. I was expecting the carpets to look cleaner but I knew there would still be some stains and signs of wear. I was wrong!! Kevin made all the carpets look amazing. We have a dog, two cats, and two kids all trying their hardest to destroy our carpets. Kevin saw that challenge and rose to it. Great customer service from initial phone contact - sales rep Sandy and their senior technician Kevin B - the couch and chair look brand new. All friendly, professional and true to their word . No up selling - in and out in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend to anyone looking for cleaning services!
We had a very bloody incident with one of the bedroom rugs. It was too much for me to clean up myself. So, I decided to go with Coit to clean the area because I have heard so many good things about the company. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and courteous. From the gentleman on the phone, to Don who came and inspected it and especially Melissa who did the work. Absolutely amazing carpet cleaning experience today with Kevin B, senior technician. We are long-time Coit customers, but took a break due to Covid and our carpets really needed help. Kevin B came today to check the work of a newer technician and WOW! Our carpets look great. Thanks Kevin B for saving the day! We remain loyal Coit customers!!

I had Coit come by my house today to clean my stair runner and my big sectional couch. I've used them before, as well as another big carpet cleaning company, and I have found Coit to be the best for this work. Booked appointments is easy, they are punctual and show up when they say they will. Today two people came (one seemed to be in training), which made it even more efficient. Don't use a regular dry cleaner to save money. Coit does care about the quality of the work they do. If you have larger widths of drapery, find a commercial cleaner with pressing machines. Coit did our drapery pressing by hand which by and large did a good job, but I was expecting our drapery to look like new.
COIT was the only company that actually got back to me. Don and Nolan were very nice and polite, and they gave me as best of an answer as they could about various questions I had. In talking to Nolan, I ultimately did not have the service preformed as it's out of our budget, but the time and energy that both men spent deserves a 5star review. If we decide to pursue services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate using COIT.
Getting my carpets and upholstery cleaned was the best service experience I have had in a very long time. COIT did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. It was a seamless service experience from booking through to the end.
