Don't use a regular dry cleaner to save money. Coit does care about the quality of the work they do. If you have larger widths of drapery, find a commercial cleaner with pressing machines. Coit did our drapery pressing by hand which by and large did a good job, but I was expecting our drapery to look like new.

COIT was the only company that actually got back to me. Don and Nolan were very nice and polite, and they gave me as best of an answer as they could about various questions I had. In talking to Nolan, I ultimately did not have the service preformed as it's out of our budget, but the time and energy that both men spent deserves a 5star review. If we decide to pursue services in the future, I wouldn't hesitate using COIT.

Getting my carpets and upholstery cleaned was the best service experience I have had in a very long time. COIT did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. It was a seamless service experience from booking through to the end. The service technician was outstanding - nothing was a problem, he was efficient, very knowledgeable, explained things superbly, did an excellent cleaning job, was very tidy and protective of his surroundings, and did it all with a smile on his face! Taruk was professional from the beginning to the end. COIT accommodated our schedule and was right on time. I would recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

I have used a few cleaning companies for my carpets and so far Coit has been the best. Expensive but good. I ended up coming back to them because the cleaning was very in depth and meticulous. They were very accommodating at short notice too which was helpful. I most likely will come back again next year.

I recently decided to have my Venetian blinds cleaned. I began doing my research and getting quotes. I spoke with a few companies who said they don't clean older blinds (mine are 25 years old) because of the chance of colour loss during the cleaning process. I have used COIT for years, cleaning my carpets every other year. I have been consistently pleased with their professionalism and punctuality, they are careful with your furniture and end result is thoroughly cleaned carpet. This time I had Dan Taylor and he was great, very conscientious and polite. I will keep using them.

We just had our carpets cleaned by Coit. I was very impressed by the professional manner with which both the estimator and the cleaner conducted themselves. The carpets were cleaned well and in a timely manner. I would recommend them!

We live an old home with original hardwood flooring. Unfortunately the underlay from one of our 9 X 12 area rugs left behind a gluey mess which essentially destroyed our hard wood floors.
