I have used a few cleaning companies for my carpets and so far Coit has been the best. Expensive but good. I ended up coming back to them because the cleaning was very in depth and meticulous. They were very accommodating at short notice too which was helpful. I most likely will come back again next year.

I recently decided to have my Venetian blinds cleaned. I began doing my research and getting quotes. I spoke with a few companies who said they don't clean older blinds (mine are 25 years old) because of the chance of colour loss during the cleaning process. I have used COIT for years, cleaning my carpets every other year. I have been consistently pleased with their professionalism and punctuality, they are careful with your furniture and end result is thoroughly cleaned carpet. This time I had Dan Taylor and he was great, very conscientious and polite. I will keep using them.

We just had our carpets cleaned by Coit. I was very impressed by the professional manner with which both the estimator and the cleaner conducted themselves. The carpets were cleaned well and in a timely manner. I would recommend them!

We live an old home with original hardwood flooring. Unfortunately the underlay from one of our 9 X 12 area rugs left behind a gluey mess which essentially destroyed our hard wood floors. I have used Coit for two decades and have received nothing but top notch service. I've enjoyed excellent results with carpet, furniture and blind cleaning and repair. Their employees are courteous, fast, tidy and diligent. They have always honoured their quotes and their time commitments. Perhaps these negative reviews were from other districts, but here in Kitsilano I can only offer praise for Coit's performance. I have nothing but great things to say about COIT. The technicians were very professional. I have used them for both my carpets cleaning and air duct cleaning and would definitely recommend COIT for both of these services. I had initial had my air ducts cleaned by a company that had a groupon which made the cost much less. Lets just say you get what you pay for. We have used coit several times now to clean our tile floors as well as our ducts. I find them to be fairly priced and the techs are very considerable and knowledgeable. We have hired different companies over the years but haven't looked back since hiring these guys!
