they did a terrible job cleaning my carpet, I made a complaint and then they keep calling me offering me some discounts. I guess they don't listen to customers at all!

i asked coit to come an clean wood floors. the technician talked me out of doing that but said they could do my carpeted stairs. they are open stairs and i wanted both sides of the stair step done. i was assured that that would be no problem. the dealer then said he would clean the blinds, clean the bathroom tiles and seal the grout. i was quoted 400 dollars. on the given day, one man came to pick up the blinds. i was told it would take a week. then the carpet cleaner came later in the day. there was a language barrier. he d... read more

Disaster It took a week to get an estimate and a week later to pick them up. The man who picked them up had a personality disorder and scared the heck out of me. Ten days later another guy delivered them. Sort of. He laid the first one out and it had no visible cleaning done at all. The second rug remained in the truck because the delivery guy decided it was too heavy for one person. He took the stained one back to redo. Not impressed. I was so stupid not to read the reviews first.
We had a "sales rep" come over yesterday who gave us an amazing "35%" discount for our carpet cleaning. They wanted $600 to clean the carpets down from $1000. We got someone else to do them for $375 without the sales spiel and the "incredible" discount offering. You really feel taken to the cleaners literally when dealing with the likes of COIT. Because of the above silliness would never ever recommend them. Go with someone else who actually gives you a legitimate quote without the story!!
We used Coit Services to clean our air ducts. The estimate was expensive but have been happy with the service in the past. We were advised that it would take the guys (plural) 3-4 hrs to complete the job. One gentleman showed up on time, and was very polite, however was already packing up and finished less than 90 minutes after arriving. Never ending phone harassment. I used these guys to clean a mattress over 6 years ago and they have called every month to two months ever since. I have politely asked the representative on every single call to remove me from their call list, each time they assure me it will be done. Sure enough a month or so goes by and my phone rings wondering if they can drum up any business. Don't use COIT. I was charged $198 for very bad job. Their technicians quoted differently. I thought because I paid more than the first time, I would get a great quality of work but it was a crap. inconsistent is the best word to describe them. So if you don't want to gamble your money, don't pick them. Read all reviews first.
DON'T EVER use this company for their services. I had my tiles cleaned by COIT. The technician, while very friendly, managed to ruin all the stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. The chemicals they use to clean the tiles splattered onto the bottom portions of my oven, fridge, and dishwasher. They are all now permanently stained with noticeable blotches and streaks.
