I scheduled a carpet cleaning quote and appointment 2 weeks ago in Victoria, BC, and they no-showed on the day of the appointment last week. No phone call, no email, nothing. Also messed up they don't accept replies to their appointment confirmation email. They must not have anyone on staff with typing skills. Hire a high school kid and catch up, it's 2012. Horrible customer service. I'll find a competitor.

They say they will service Point Roberts but will in fact not cross the border? I guess they stand by their trucks and look into Point Roberts. Why put it on the site and waste everyone's time.
