Joe from the initial meeting was ambitious and energetic. He possessed a pleasant aggressive demeanor that spoke confidence to me. By far the best realtor on the coast. We didn't have to do anything because he was on top of everything. He truly works for his clients and I have never heard of anyone negotiating as good as he did. I would recommend him to my own mother. We would never use another agent. He is not only a great realtor but an awesome person.

My wife and I thought that relocating from our home in Texas to the Mississippi Gulf Coast would prove to be difficult, that is, until we met Merry. She really took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. She was able to narrow down our search to 4 houses. Of these 4, we found the home of our dreams.
