Karen was enthusiastic about the RE market currently and my house specifically at the time of the listing. She and I were both disappointed when the property did not sell initially. As time went on, she did what she thought was nessary to market the property, including advising me about the importance of lowering the price. In all I found Karen knowledgeable about real estate laws and procedures, even though our mutual goal was not met.

Working with Linda was an absolute pleasure. She is a very enthusiastic and personable realtor. She was very knowledgeable about the homes in the area, and more specifically the home that was the best fit for us. She took a first time buyer couple who were nervous about buying our home to being excited about the prospect. Her enthusiasm and sincere honesty makes her a phenomenal realtor.

Summer went over and beyond the call of duty. Even though we were about to give up, Summer remained positive and promised us that she woud do whatever she had to do to get us the house we wanted. Summer was true to her word. We were in our new house for Christmas. Summer YOU ARE THE GREATEST!
