I've used Caldwell Banker (Diane Carpenter) for both buying and selling a home. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. She is well connected on the coast and can be a resource in may aspects of the home buying/selling process.

Our realtor, Sue Layel, is a five-star real estate professional. Each step of the way, she guided us and advocated for us to achieve our objectives. She took precautions to keep us safe while showing our home during the pandemic. Sue answers her phone! The only time she didn't, she was attending Coldwell Banker professional development courses and informed us in advance that she would not be available. It was a pleasure working with her and the Coldwell Banker Team in Diamondhead, Mississippi.

Terrie does it again! Helped us sell and buy yet another house. She and her lovely assistant helped to mange kids while we looked at houses and had showings at the other. Terrie goes above and beyond. We felt she had our best interest in mind.

Mariela is such a joy to be around! She is extremely knowledgeable about her industry and helped my boyfriend and I buy our first home. She was very persistent, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness of Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty. Amber Thomas was our buyer’s agent and she knocked it out of the park. I’ll likely be looking for investment property in the next year or so and Amber will be my first call.

Terrie recently assisted our family in selling our waterfront home. She was able to secure multiple offers for our property and sold it in less than 90 days. This transaction was a bit more complicated than others since it was a relocation and the sale was completed in the midst of the pandemic. I highly recommend Terrie. I’m not typically one to write reviews but did so due to the high level of service that we received from Terrie.

Terrie Price recently sold our house at 14148 John Lee Rd. She brings relentless energy and enthusiasm which makes her a joy to work with. She always returns calls and e-mails promptly, and gets us answers to questions. The quality of her advise and suggestions show the high level of experience she has.
