Philip listed our home and arranged for professional photographs. Our home sold in a month and the closing was earlier than we anticipated. The process was seamless and he answered all our questions. He is familiar with all the RE professionals in the area. If I were going to list a house again in Long Beach, it would be with Philip.

We have worked with Phillip twice in the past two years. He is very knowledgeable, responsive and personable! Our home was listed and had a contract within 2 days. He also had photographers come and take amazing photos of our home. Would definitely recommend him!

Philip is the best. We had a not so good experience with another agent and were pretty discouraged until we met with Philip. He came to the meeting with an abundance of knowledge of the real estate market in the area. He even had it broken down on a spreadsheet. He listened to what we were looking for and made sure everything we looked at stayed within our budget and comfort zone. He did not push us to go outside of our budget. Mr. LeBlanc was great! The only realtor who stuck by thick and thin. I've been looking for homes for three years after other realtors showed be a few houses and quit must of went through a dozen realtors, I met Phillip and soon after I was in a home. Phillip was always there stating "we will find you that home not to worry I'm here and will work my but off to get you and your family into a great home" and he did just that.
