Phillip LeBlanc was always up front with us while we were buying our house. He was the most helpful in every area. Very friendly, always honest with us. Joe was amazing. My husband and I contacted Joe after the first realtor was not helpful and amazingly Joe was eager to help us. He asked what we were looking for and to send him a list of stuff we had to have in a house and a list of stuff we could live without but would like to have. Philip listed our home and arranged for professional photographs. Our home sold in a month and the closing was earlier than we anticipated. The process was seamless and he answered all our questions.
