Carl was very helpful and knowledgeable through two separate real estate transactions in 2015. First in the purchase of vacant property and second in the selling of my home. He kept me informed throughout the process and I would definitely contact him again for future real estate needs.

I can not find enough words to describe how good Mr Larosa was during our house hunt. He locked in on our parameters showing us everything available. He was upbeat and patient when my wish list conflicted with the wife's list. He kept us informed of every new listing and changes in listings we had seen. There were several reasons we really liked Carl. First off, he is a good man. Second, he knows the whole Gulf Coast really well. He also WORKS really hard for you and is punctual with regards to showing a home or receiving feedback from the one he's selling.
