Leslie Granberry is a master when it comes to real estate on the Gulf Coast. We were in the market for another condo. She took the time to find out our needs, likes and dislikes, then responded immediately with emails and suggestions of properties for us. I found her to be a top-notch extremely seasoned professional with a fabulous personality and will always put her at the top of my list for real estate needs on that gorgeous Gulf Coast!!

Targeted what we were looking for and got it right in two or three showings. Contract negotiated flawlessly and closing was quick. We bought and sold two houses with her in a couple of months and both transactions were handled professionally and efficiently. If we ever have need of a realtor again, she is our girl!

Merry was very responsive to any and every question we had during the sell of our home. She advised us on things we should do to better our chances of selling our home. If we ever felt discouraged about the sell of our home she was always there to give great advise and in no time our house was under contract. Phil was able to show us our house using FaceTime, while we were half way across the world. We sent him a list of questions and within a few days had all of them answered. He made our move and purchase from overseas back to the U.S. less stressful.
