Philip is the best. We had a not so good experience with another agent and were pretty discouraged until we met with Philip. Mr. LeBlanc was great! The only realtor who stuck by thick and thin. I've been looking for homes for three years after other realtors showed be a few houses and quit must of went through a dozen realtors, I met Phillip and soon after I was in a home. Phillip was always there stating "we will find you that home not to worry I'm here and will work my but off to get you and your family into a great home" and he did just that.
