Philip (Phil) was our real estate agent for out first home buy. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. He was always up on top of everything and fast to respond to any questions I may have had. He helped me every step of the way. If you're looking for an Agent for any reason;look no further. Phil is your guy.
Philip assured us he would sell our house even after two deals didn't go through. We had to start the selling again after the first two not close. We had a terrible experience with a VA appraiser, Joe Shimp, didn't do his job properly. Philip told us not to worry. We had three more offers & sold our house for the asking price!!! Philip was great to keep us updated & always there when we called him. The selling experience was definitely a positive one??
