Phil was able to show us our house using FaceTime, while we were half way across the world. We sent him a list of questions and within a few days had all of them answered. He made our move and purchase from overseas back to the U.S. less stressful.

Always responded quickly and helped out with everything. If we didn't understand something, he explained it fully. I was shocked how fast it sold!!! He gave us alot of helpfully advise before and during the process.

Phillip LeBlanc was always up front with us while we were buying our house. He was the most helpful in every area. Very friendly, always honest with us. We were here only for a couple days and when we picked out the house we wanted, we were able to get all the paper work in place in just a matter of hours. Joe was amazing. My husband and I contacted Joe after the first realtor was not helpful and amazingly Joe was eager to help us. He asked what we were looking for and to send him a list of stuff we had to have in a house and a list of stuff we could live without but would like to have. Philip listed our home and arranged for professional photographs. Our home sold in a month and the closing was earlier than we anticipated. The process was seamless and he answered all our questions.
