Joe had very quick responses (text or call) and answered all of our questions. Joe was never late for a meeting and showed us houses even if it was 10pm. I felt like Joe gave his honest concerns about the home and had our best interest at heart rather than the bottom dollar. We even pushed back our close date on our home due to a situation that hadn't be resolved in a way that was best fit for us. Joe worked within our comfort zone and even after closing is continuing to help us.
