Tammy may be one of the nices people you will meet. She is a strong negotiator with style. She came to our home ready to do business with local comps and enough information to provide support when it got down to determining a fair asking price for our home. I would recommend you "Talk To Tammy" before selecting your realtor. We ended up not selling our home and inturn rented it.
Short Answer : Awesome, incredible experience. Explanation: I owned a home in Gulfport, MS. I was renting it to a friend and it didn't work out.
