Brent did go above and beyond the call of a realtor in the sale of this house. He helpded me in choosing an insurance company that could help with my questions. Never did he steer me in the wrong direction. He called several times a week asking if he could help in any way and always was on top of the e-mails he sent me that matched my needs in the realestate market. I had never purchased a home before and I had to find a place in a hurry. Joe Edenfield was able to find my family the perfect place in the perfect neighborhood within the time frame that we required. He made everything so easy. He looked out for my family's best interest and then some. I cannot give any higher recommendation. I am extremely impressed and and exceedingly grateful for his efforts.
As first time home buyers we were very pleased with Matt. He made sure all of our questions were answered in a timely fashion, and made the home buying process go smoothly. We had originally gone with another realtor but did not feel at ease with him. Our experience with Matt was completely different and did not feel as if we were being pushed into something or taken advantage of. He was extremely professional and I would highly recommend Matt to anyone!
